Your place for help with technology

The LCCC Technology Help Desk provides a single point of contact for students, faculty, and staff to get timely help with their technology needs. We provide friendly and efficient support for setting up your email login, accessing and using Internet access, LCCC webmail, Microsoft Office, and many other areas.

We also arrange On-site Technical Services (OTS) provided by the internal Information Technology team, including support for classroom, lab and office computer equipment and software, as well as for the college internet system, website and network infrastructure.
