LCCC to graduate 154 at 1st Commencement
The Lofa County Community College is set to award Associates of Art degrees to 154 undergraduates at a Ceremony marking the 1st graduation at the College since its establishment in 2010. The Ceremony is scheduled to take place on Friday, July 15, 2016 on the main campus of the College.
Dr. James N. Kollie, Sr., who has made ethical responsibility a hallmark of his 6-year presidency, reminded the 2015-2016 Graduating Class to develop the habit of drawing on their own intellectual and personal strengths to connect with others across differences of experience, circumstance, and belief in ways that deliver validation, confidence, respect and partnership.
The senior class leader, as voted by her classmates, was Lorpu T.K. Wleh. She is a student of the Department of Teachers’ Education.
